Peri Peri French Fries

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1  pound Russet Potatoes cut into thin fries
  • 1  tablespoon High-Heat Oil (like Avocado Oil)
  • ½ tablespoon Peri Peri Rub (or adjust for spice level)
  • ½ teaspoon Fine Sea Salt (or adjust to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into thin fries. Place them in a bowl of cold water and soak for 10–30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain well and pat dry thoroughly with a clean towel.
  2. Season the fries: In a large bowl, toss the dried fries with oil, Peri Peri seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Air fry: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded for even cooking. Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  4. Serve: Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
