Cancel Order
Yes! Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours after purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund sale items, digital materials, print on demand items, and gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Refunds
All items from our online store are sold on a non-refundable basis unless defective or damaged upon arrival. If you have received an INCORRECT or DAMAGED items, please notify us as soon as possible.
Once the issue is assessed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Product Dissatisfaction
We make our spice blends with the freshest ingredients and take great pride in all of the items we make. Refunds are available upon request for orders in which the item is wrong, damaged, or any mistakes made by Plentiful Blackbird. Refunds are not provided for an item that a customer simply does not like.
