Is everything made in-house?

Yes. Everything is made in-house from plant-based ingredients!

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source our ingredients from local Hispanic and Indian spice shops, Ethiopian markets, specialty heath stores, and we order from online wholesalers. 

I do not see the spice blend I would like to order. What should I do?

We are not able to take custom spice blends at the moment. Please feel free to contact us at plentifulblackbird@gmail.com to recommend a blend you'll like to see in our collection. 

How do I return my order?
We’re very sorry, perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective or damaged. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT or DAMAGED item, contact us at plentifulblackbird@gmail.com 
Once my order is placed, can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours after purchasing.
