Why don’t you ship your spices outside of Texas?
We sell our spices under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows us to sell directly to customers within Texas but does not permit shipping outside the state. These regulations are in place to ensure food safety and compliance with local laws. If you're ever in Texas, I'd love to sell to you in person!
Where do you source your ingredients?
We carefully select our ingredients from local Hispanic and Indian spice shops, Ethiopian markets, specialty health stores, and reputable online wholesalers.
I do not see the spice blend I would like to order. What should I do?
We are not able to take custom spice blends at the moment. Please feel free to contact us at plentifulblackbird@gmail.com to recommend a blend you'll like to see in our collection.
How do I return my order?
We’re very sorry, perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective or damaged. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT or DAMAGED item, contact us at plentifulblackbird@gmail.com
Once my order is placed, can I change or cancel my order?
Yes! Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours after purchasing.
